A Rambling Leaf
Project: Before the leaves fall
"Before the leaves fall" is a work in progress, a collection of short stories about different humans, some old, some young, and the lessons they want to share with the world.
The aim is to spend time with different people from all walks of life and listen to their personal journey, to trace roots, and branches, perhaps a search for the commonality in us, and cultivate human connection. To bring forward simple truths for the moment, like a photograph, a story is a snapshot in time.
It is also worth contemplating how societies have "evolved" to neglect its elders.

Life is fast paced, listening is a forgotten art, here we try to address both.

You will find these specific stories in our blog under the category "Before the leaves fall".

DISCLAIMER: In the interest of keeping the stories short we focus on a few common themed questions, and try to extract more of the lessons and less of the story. We acknowledge that every human being has many experiences, and these can probably fill an entire novel for most of us, however the focus of this project is the current moment, and the message for that moment. So whilst some biographical information is included for context these stories are not the entire summary of the person. Many aspects of the human journey remain an unwritten mystery. The author also claims no authority over message or story hierarchy, the stories are written organically and from a personal one on one conversation, and as such each encounter is transcended by time and space.
